RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At MISS. D, we carefully inspect every item before shipping to ensure the highest quality standards.
Due to hygiene and product protection reasons, ALL ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE THE COURIER HAS LEFT YOUR ADDRESS AFTER DELIVERY AND ORDER CONFIRMATION.
However, exchanges or returns are accepted ONLY in the following cases:
• WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
• DAMAGED ITEM
• MANUFACTURING DEFECT
To request an exchange or return in these cases:
• The issue must be reported within 24 HOURS of receiving the order.
• Clear photos/videos of the item and packaging must be provided.
• The item must be UNUSED, UNWASHED, and in its ORIGINAL CONDITION with packaging intact.
MISS. D reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not meet the conditions above.
